RULES TO FOLLOW FOR A GOOD STAY.

We host you with pleasure at home as we would do with family and friends. We look forward to meeting you.

ARRIVALS:

Arrivals are generally between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM, however, we thank you to let us know your approximate arrival time so that we can get organized accordingly. If you wish a different arrival time, please, liaise with us so that we set a particular time, as far as possible.

If, we would not answer when you ring the doorbell, please call us on +33 6 61 46 80 39 (available on whatsapp). The house is large and if we are in the garden or outbuildings, we do not hear you ringing the doorbell.

Please keep the entrance door, facing the street, locked.

PARKING:

You can park your vehicle in the street (in front of the house) or in the public car park, 50m away (around 60 parking spaces). Parking is free throughout the village.

Bicycles and motorbicycles can be parked in the walled garden (for free).

NON-SMOKING HOUSE:

Thank you for not smoking in the house, even in bedrooms and bathrooms. An ashtray is at your disposal on the terrace.

COMMON EREAS ACCESS:

The living room, garden and terrace are accessible 24 hours a day. Please be careful not to make too much noise in these spaces so as not to disturb the other guests.

The living room door giving access to the garden must be kept locked when you return to your bedrooms.

We remind you that accommodations are all located on the first or second floor, accessible by a staircase.

TABLE D’HOTES AND MEALS:

We have a table d'hôtes, therefore the kitchen is not accessible and we do not authorize the consumption of meals and/or drinks that do not come from Le Clos Saint-Germain (in the common areas or rooms). We cannot be held responsible in the event of food poisoning following the consumption of foodstuffs not originating from Le Clos Saint-Germain.

Dinners are optional, therefore, they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance because we work with fresh, market produce. Dinners are served at the guest table, in the dining room or on the terrace.

Dinners are served between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM We will set, together, the dinner time upon your arrival.

Breakfasts are served between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM If you wish to have breakfast before 7:30 AM, pls, let us know the day before. We kindly ask you to be in the breakfast room by 10:00 AM latest. After 10:00 AM, we no longer serve breakfast.

We do not have any room service: dinners and breakfasts cannot be served in the bedrooms. Thank you for your understanding !

ANIMALS:

If you are traveling with an animal, please let us know. It must be calm and clean. You manage and control it. However, we might not to accept accommodation of the animal if it is too large or unusual.

GENERAL BEHAVIOUR:

We thank you for respecting the peace and quiet of all. The house is an 1860 house with these qualities and defects.

Cordial and respectful behavior is expected.

We have a wifi internet connection for our guests in the bedrooms: downloads of intellectual property are of course not authorized and you may be subject to prosecution.

We thank users of essential oils (for well-being or medical massage) to kindly use protections so that oils do not penetrate onto the textiles or duvets provided in the room.
